Do I need a Doctor's referral for my child to receive speech therapy?
Our clinic accepts both self-referrals and referrals from physicians, school support staff or specialists.
Is parking free?
Our clinic is located in the Rexdale area within a plaza. On-site parking is available at no cost
Do I need to attend my child's sessions?
While you are welcome to wait in our reception area, we strongly encourage parents and caregivers to participate in sessions whenever possible. Being present allows for greater understanding of your child’s therapy, supports collaboration with our clinicians, and helps promote the best outcomes through carryover at home.
*A parent or caregiver is required to remain on-site in the clinic for the duration of each session. We do not offer a drop-off option.
How do I cancel my appoinment?
All cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting the clinic or your clinician via email or phone call. Please ensure that you leave a voicemail with your contact information to allow us to confirm your request.
Please note that our clinic requires 24 hours or more for the cancellation of Treatment sessions. Assessments require 48 hours or more for cancellation notices.
Are speech therapy sessions covered?
Our services may be covered under your extended health insurance plan. We provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
